What is the good news?

Jesus lived the perfect life,

died in place of sinners,

and rose from the dead,

proving He is God.

John 3:16
“For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

1 Corinthians 15:3-4
“For I passed on to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.”

How do we connect with God?

Confess your sins against God,

and believe Jesus

as the Savior and Lord

of your new and eternal life.

Romans 10:9
“If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Ephesians 2:8
“For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift.”

How should we respond to the God who saved us?

Grow in the knowledge

and worship of God,

increasing in love for what He loves

until He comes to make all things new.

2 Peter 3:18
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity.”

Revelation 21:5
“Then the one seated on the throne said, ‘Look, I am making everything new.’ He also said, ‘Write, because these words are faithful and true.’”
